NEW BOX OFFICE ARRANGEMENTS The Box Office number remains unchanged at 0191 643 7093, but from January 2010 it will no longer be located at the Saville Exchange and booking in person will therefore not be possible. Telephone bookings by credit or debit card will still be welcome, but we regret that in future we cannot reserve specific seats: if you wish to be certain of sitting with friends, or in a particular location in the auditorium, we can only advise you to arrive early – admission will be from 6.00pm. These changes are beyond the control of Jazz @ The Exchange, and we hope you will bear with us as we strive to keep good jazz alive in this excellent venue.
